  • The Osei lab was invited to represent the Faculty of Science at UBCO Homecoming, where we showcased bioprinters, bio-printed models, and a bio-printed microfluidic setup, and had a high level of engagement with alumni, faculty, students, and the broader community.

  • Safiya's abstract was also among a few preselected and invited for the annual Canadian Thoracic Society poster competition at the American Thoracic Society conference. She attended and presented on behalf of the lab! ​​
