ABOUT
The OSEI Lab/Lung Bioartificial Model Lab is in UBC-Okanagan,
situated on the traditional, ancestral, unceded territory of the Syilx Okanagan Nation.
The Osei Lab, part of the UBCO IKB Faculty of Science, Biology department, focuses on understanding the mechanisms of inflammation, tissue repair, & fibrosis in obstructive lung disease. Using advanced models, imaging, & molecular techniques, the lab aims to develop therapies and bioengineered solutions to enhance respiratory health through interdisciplinary research.
